At moviqa, we want you to shop with complete confidence. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help make it right.


Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Be in its original packaging with all tags intact
  • Not be damaged due to misuse or improper handling

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.


Return Timeframe

You can request a return within 3 DAYS of receiving your order.
Requests made after this period may not be accepted.


Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 DAYS
  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method

Please note: Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect.


Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items that are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrectly delivered

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Please contact us within 3 DAYS of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of the issue for quick verification

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal care items (if opened/used)
  • Perishable goods
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost
  • For all other returns, the shipping cost may be borne by the customer
